Born and raised in Washington D.C., this Howard University graduate embodies the spirit of grassroots advocacy while navigating the corridors of power. From Capitol Hill to community centers, Chantil has mastered the art of turning vision into impact.

Her fifteen-year crusade against HIV showcases her talent for breakthrough solutions. In 2021, she helped pioneer the DC Metro area's first HIV prevention housing model, demonstrating how innovative thinking can transform lives. Whether crafting communications strategies, building partnerships, or strengthening communities, she brings both expertise and heart to every initiative.

Today, Chantil leads federal-level strategic communications and community engagement projects while serving as CEO of Pretty Periods, LLC. Through this platform, she champions reproductive justice and fights period poverty, ensuring that fundamental health needs become fundamental rights.
